Yes, customer pickup is permitted from our central warehouse. However, please note that responsibility for transport and any potential handling damage transfers to the buyer the moment the machine is collected.

Unused parts and accessories may be returned even if the packaging was opened to check compatibility. However, due to the technical complexity and size of pinball machines, they are generally non-returnable once delivered and installed, except where covered under warranty or required by law.

We offer warranties up to 5 years on selected equipment. This covers manufacturing defects and structural failures. It excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties.
