We facilitate nationwide delivery using a network of rail and controlled trucking. Delivery schedules are coordinated based on our strategic warehouse positions in Canada and inventory hubs in the USA.

Customer Pickup: While pickup from our central warehouse is permitted, please be advised that liability and responsibility for the equipment transfer to the buyer at the moment of collection. PinballMarket.ca is not responsible for damage occurring during third-party or self-transport.

Warranties of up to 5 years are available on specific equipment. This warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and structural components.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular play.
• Misuse, accidental damage, or environmental damage.
• Repairs or modifications attempted by unauthorized third parties.

Parts & Accessories: Unused parts may be returned even if the packaging was opened to check for compatibility.

Machines: Due to the high cost of logistics and technical calibration, pinball machines and foosball tables are generally non-returnable once delivered and installed, except where required by law or in instances of unresolvable warranty defects.
